The diverse programme offers unique work experiences and networking opportunities which would otherwise not be available outside the remit of the programme.
We welcome all students over 18, in full-time education and studying a relevant lighting course.
The NRG team have a duty of care to all members of the initiative and always work in a way which is fair to everyone.

There is a zero tolerance to underage drinking and drug use at any NRG event or work experience. You will be excluded from an event if you appear to be under the influence of either.
