All students must be over 18, in full-time education and studying a relevant lighting course.
To offer unique work experiences, product training and a schedule of events not accessible outside of NRG.
To meet with industry experts on an informal basis, to seek career advice and increase network contacts.
To provide a duty of care to all NRG members.
To ensure all NRG opportunities are open and fair to all members.
We have a few simple rules we ask all NRG members to adhere to when participating in any NRG event or work experience:
Treat all other NRG members and guests with the same respect as you would wish to receive.
Avoid taking telephone calls - please act with respect at all times.
Arrive promptly – if you are going to be late please ensure you contact the NRG team.
Act responsibly throughout any NRG event – if drinking alcohol, drink responsibly.
There is a zero tolerance to excessive drinking and drug use at any NRG event. You will be excluded from the event and potentially from the membership if you appear to be under the influence of either.
The NRG team reserve the right to ask any NRG member to leave an event - or remove them from the membership if they are acting in a disrespectful, offensive or intimidating manner.
